These terms govern your use of optimizewithadaptive.com and the general terms on which AdaptivEdge Consulting, LLC ("we," "us") provides services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide technology consulting, including business analysis, process optimization and automation, and IT and network support. The scope, schedule, rates and deliverables for any project are set out in a written engagement agreement or statement of work. If those documents conflict with these terms, the engagement agreement or statement of work controls.

Fees and payment

Services are billed by invoice as described in our Billing & refund policy. Payment terms are set in each client's engagement agreement. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access, information and decisions needed for the work, to confirm they have the right to give us access to their systems and data, and to maintain their own software licenses and vendor accounts unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party products

We often work with software, hardware and services from other companies. Those products are covered by their providers' own terms and warranties. We aren't responsible for third-party outages, changes or defects, though we'll help you work with the vendor to resolve them.

Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential and use it only to provide our services, as described in our Privacy policy.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information and may change without notice. You may not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in an engagement agreement, our website and services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before it arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
