Billing & refund policy

Invoicing

Services are billed by invoice for hours worked or agreed project fees. Each invoice is emailed with an itemized summary of the work performed.

Paying online

Invoices can be paid online by ACH bank transfer or credit card through our secure payment processor. We never see or store your card or bank account details.

Payment terms

Payment terms, including due dates and rates, are set out in each client's engagement agreement or statement of work.

Refunds

Because we provide professional services, fees for completed work are non-refundable. If you believe an invoice contains an error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it promptly and correct any billing mistakes.
