Privacy policy
AdaptivEdge Consulting, LLC · Effective October 17, 2026
This policy explains what information AdaptivEdge Consulting, LLC ("we," "us") collects through this website and in the course of providing services, how we use it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, book a consultation or become a client, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and the information needed to deliver and bill for our services.
Payment information. Online payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card or bank account details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our systems. Stripe's use of that information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and font provider (Google Fonts) receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type when the page loads, to deliver and secure the site.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide and support our services, send invoices and process payments, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose. These include Stripe (payments), Microsoft (email and scheduling) and Cloudflare (website hosting). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Client systems and data
When we support a client's technology systems, we may have access to information stored in them. We access that information only as needed to perform the work, keep it confidential, and handle it according to the client's instructions and our engagement agreement.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website, multi-factor authentication on our business accounts, and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected clients of any breach as required by law.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing carlo@adaptivedgeconsulting.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions? Email carlo@adaptivedgeconsulting.com.
